How requests get handled
When you send us a transport request, here's what happens behind the scenes:
- Our system reads your email or form submission and pulls out the key details (pickup, delivery, time, cargo, special handling).
- A real person at Modal — typically Troy in dispatch — reviews it, confirms the details, and books the order in our dispatch system (OnTime360).
- You get a confirmation email with an order number.
