Time-critical / AOG / expiring pharma cold chain
Call dispatch directly. Email is fast but not instantaneous, and we'd rather hear from you live for anything where minutes matter. The dispatch line is on Modal's main website (www.modalglobal.com) and on any prior confirmation you've received from us.
If you've never worked with us before and don't have the dispatch number handy, call Modal's main line and ask for dispatch.
Status update on a request you already submitted
Reply to the confirmation email. That keeps the conversation linked to the order automatically.
If you don't have a confirmation yet and it's been a while, see I didn't get a confirmation email.
You need to make a correction
Reply to the email thread for the request. See I made a mistake in my request for the details.
You need a vendor PIN
Reach out to your usual Modal contact (typically Troy in dispatch). They'll generate one and send it out-of-band — phone, encrypted message, or in person. Never email a PIN.
Your PIN was leaked or shared by mistake
Same person — your usual Modal contact. They can rotate the PIN immediately, which invalidates the old one.
Billing or accounting questions
Not handled through this email parser. Send to your usual Modal accounting contact, or reply to a Modal invoice email.
Compliance, TSA, IAC paperwork
Not handled through this system either. Modal has a dedicated compliance team — ask your Modal contact for the right person.
Something seems broken with the form / website
