Most of our work happens at JFK and EWR — tendering pharma and time-critical air cargo, recovering stranded shipments, and running final-mile delivery across the NJ / NY / PA corridor. The process below is what every order goes through from request to delivery.

Dispatch
24-hour dispatch. Drivers are dispatched within 90 minutes or less of receiving a request.

Pickup
Our professional service providers arrive on time and handle every package with caution and care.

Track
Real-time tracking so you always know the status and location of your shipment.
Step 04
Deliver
Safe, timely delivery every time. Proof of delivery provided upon completion.
Step 01 — Quote & dispatch
Send us your shipment details by email or through the request form. Most quotes come back inside four hours during business hours; many inside one hour. Once you confirm, we coordinate the best-matched vehicle and driver for the lane.
Step 02 — Pickup
Our drivers arrive on time and document each package at pickup. Temperature- sensitive cargo is verified against requirements before transport begins, and chain-of-custody paperwork is completed when the shipment requires it.
Step 03 — Status updates
You will receive email updates at pickup, in transit, and on arrival — every update written by a dispatcher who has eyes on the shipment, not from an automated GPS feed. If anything changes en route (weather, airline delay, recovery scheduling), we let you know and recommend the next move.
Step 04 — Deliver
Safe, on-time delivery is our promise. Proof of delivery (signature plus POD photo) is provided on completion. Temperature logs are included for cold-chain shipments.
